How it is used
- Entrance / entry point - 从入口进去 (cóng rùkǒu jìnqù) go in through the entrance.
- 入 (enter) + 口 (opening/mouth); the way in.
- Opposite 出口 (chūkǒu) 'exit' (which also means 'export'). A pair you'll see on every station and mall - 地铁出口 (dìtiě chūkǒu) the subway exit.
