A foot with a second foot arriving at a doorway beside it. Two feet in one character: the road is drawn as the walking rather than as the ground.
用法
- "Road/way" - 走路 (zǒulù) walk, 路上 (lùshang) on the way, 问路 (wèn lù) ask directions.
- Also a bus route number - 一路车 (yí lù chē) the No. 1 bus. Figurative "path" in 思路 (sīlù) train of thought. 马路 (mǎlù) = street; 公路 (gōnglù) = highway.
