Two readings. As lù (written/compound): dew, or to reveal/expose - 暴露 (bàolù) to expose, 透露 (tòulù) to disclose, 揭露 (jiēlù) to unmask, 流露 (liúlù) to let show (unintentionally, of feelings).
As lòu (spoken): 露面 (lòumiàn) to show up/appear, 露馅 (lòuxiàn) to give oneself away, 泄露 (xièlòu) to leak (secrets). Rough rule: bookish compounds take lù, casual show-up/leak-out senses take lòu.
