How it is used
- 'To deploy, arrange, lay out' forces or plans - 部署军队 (bùshǔ jūnduì) deploy troops; 部署工作任务 (bùshǔ gōngzuò rènwù) arrange the work assignments.
- Strategic/organizational register: military, policy, project rollout, and now software (部署系统 deploy a system).
- Note the reading shǔ (not shǔ→shū). Implies top-down, deliberate positioning across a whole plan.
