How it is used
- 'Smooth and coherent' - almost always of writing - 句子写得通顺 (jùzi xiě de tōngshùn) the sentences read smoothly.
- The standard word a teacher uses when grading composition: 文章通顺 the essay flows; 不通顺 means grammatically awkward/disjointed.
