How it is used
- Boring / no fun / pointless - 这个游戏没意思 (zhège yóuxì méiyìsi) this game is boring.
- The direct opposite of 有意思 (yǒuyìsi, interesting); note it uses 没, never 不, because it negates 有 - 很有意思 (hěn yǒuyìsi) very interesting.
- Colloquial; can also mean 'a waste of time' or a mildly reproachful 'that's not nice'.
