用法
- An opinion/view - 发表意见 (fābiǎo yìjiàn) express an opinion; also a complaint/objection - 对他有意见 (duì tā yǒu yìjiàn) to have a problem with him.
- That second sense is a trap: 有意见 usually means dissatisfaction, not just 'having an opinion'.
- Contrast 建议 (jiànyì, a constructive suggestion): 意见 can be critical or a grievance; 建议 proposes a course of action.
