How it is used
- A line/queue of people, or an organized body (troops, team, workforce) - 排队伍 (pái duìwu) line up; 教师队伍 (jiàoshī duìwu) the teaching corps.
- 伍 is neutral tone (duìwu). Two senses: a physical line, and figuratively a ranks/team of people in a field.
