How it is used
- The sense/reason/principle behind something - 你说得有道理 (nǐ shuō de yǒu dàolǐ) you have a point; 讲道理 (jiǎng dàolǐ) to be reasonable / talk sense.
- About whether something makes sense or is justified, not a specific cause (原因, yuányīn). 没道理 (méi dàolǐ) = unreasonable.
