- To confuse/baffle, or to be puzzled - 这个问题让我很迷惑 (zhège wèntí ràng wǒ hěn míhuò) this problem really baffles me.
- Also transitive "to mislead/dazzle": 迷惑敌人 (míhuò dírén) to deceive the enemy; 迷惑性 deceptiveness.
- Two directions - feeling confused, or deliberately confusing others. Note 惑 (confuse), distinct from 疑惑 (yíhuò, doubt/puzzlement).
