How it is used
- Used only for the completion of a building or large construction - 大桥落成 (dàqiáo luòchéng) the bridge was completed.
- Ceremonial, formal register; often 落成典礼 (luòchéng diǎnlǐ) inauguration/opening ceremony.
- Don't use it for finishing small tasks - for those use 完成 (wánchéng).
