- Colloquial 'no way to / can't do anything about it' - 没法儿说 (méifǎr shuō) there's no way to put it / can't be described.
- Northern/Beijing-flavored with the 儿 suffix; standard form is 没办法 (méi bànfǎ).
- Can flip to praise: 好得没法儿说 (hǎo de méifǎr shuō) so good it's beyond words.
- 没法儿比 (méifǎr bǐ) = no comparison / incomparable.
