- Formal adverb: will inevitably (in the future) - 正义必将战胜邪恶 (zhèngyì bìjiāng zhànshèng xié'è) justice will inevitably triumph over evil.
- Combines certainty with future tense, more emphatic and rhetorical than 会 or 一定会.
