How it is used
- Adverb 'deliberately, on purpose' with a bad intent - 你存心气我 (nǐ cúnxīn qì wǒ) you're doing this to annoy me on purpose.
- Almost always negative; the harm is intended, close to 故意 (gùyì) but more accusatory/emotional.
- As a noun it can mean 'harbor an intention': 存心不良 (cúnxīn bùliáng) with evil intentions.
