How it is used
- Colloquial 'a lot / many,' equivalent to 很多 - 来了好多人 (lái le hǎoduō rén) a whole lot of people came.
- 好 is again the 'very' intensifier, not 'good.' Feels chattier and warmer than 很多.
- In 好多了 (hǎoduō le) it means 'much better' - 我今天好多了 (wǒ jīntiān hǎoduō le) I'm much better today.
