How it is used
- To fall back / dip after a rise - 价格回落 (jiàgé huíluò) prices ease off; 水位回落 (shuǐwèi huíluò) the water level recedes.
- The mirror image of 回升 (huíshēng); a decline back toward a lower level. Common in finance and weather.
