How it is used
- "other, the rest" - 其他人 (qítā rén) the others; 其他问题 other questions.
- Interchangeable with colloquial 别的 (biéde); the variant 其它 is sometimes reserved for non-human things.
- Modifies a following noun directly, no 的 needed.
