How it is used
- A flat no / won't do - 这样不行 (zhèyàng bùxíng) that won't work, 不行，你不能去 (bùxíng, nǐ bùnéng qù) no, you can't go.
- Also means to be in poor shape / not up to it: 我今天身体不行 (wǒ jīntiān shēntǐ bùxíng) I'm not feeling well today. As a complement it marks 'to the extreme': 累得不行 (lèi de bùxíng) dead tired.
