How it came to be

How it is used
- Read pì it means to open up / develop: 开辟 (kāipì) to open up (a route, a field), 开天辟地 (kāitiān-pìdì) since the dawn of the world.
- 精辟 (jīngpì) means incisive/penetrating (of an analysis).
- Read bì it appears in 复辟 (fùbì) to restore a deposed monarch or old regime - watch the reading.
