用法
- To rush to save/rescue in an emergency, esp. medical resuscitation - 抢救病人 (qiǎngjiù bìngrén) try to save a patient; 抢救无效 resuscitation failed.
- The 抢 (to grab/urgent) stresses racing against time. Used for lives, but also salvaging cultural relics/data before loss (抢救文物).
- Distinguish from 救 (jiù, to save generally) and 拯救 (zhěngjiù, to save/deliver, grander): 抢救 is emergency, time-critical.
