用用法

• Chiefly a connector "moreover, and also", almost always paired: 而且 (érqiě) and what's more, 并且 (bìngqiě) and, 况且 (kuàngqiě) besides.
• 而且 typically follows 不但/不仅 (búdàn/bùjǐn) in the "not only... but also" frame: 不但便宜而且好 (búdàn piányi érqiě hǎo) not only cheap but good.
• 暂且 (zànqiě) for now and 姑且 (gūqiě) for the time being carry the older "for the moment" sense.
